OUR TRAINERS

Molly

Fit woman flexing muscles in gym.

I have been personal training for over 10 years and lifting weights for 14 years. I'm certified through American College of Sports Medicine.

My goal with every client is to help them get the most out of strength training while enjoying the time we spend together. For some people, that means having a fun, energizing workout that helps them feel stronger and more confident. For others, it means committing to a long-term process of building a physique they’re proud of and that will support them for the rest of their life.

If your goal is to maximize your results and build the best physique possible, my job is to guide you through a proven process. This requires commitment, consistency, and trust in the plan we create together.

I’ve been working in fitness and personal training since 2006, bringing two decades of experience to every client I work with. I’m certified through the International Fitness Professional Association (IFPA) as a Personal Trainer, and I hold additional advanced credentials including:

  • Advanced Flexibility Specialist
  • Sports Nutrition Specialist
  • Lifestyle Fitness Coach Level 1
  • Biomechanics of Sports & Exercise Specialist

My approach begins with a free comprehensive fitness assessment to identify your strengths, movement patterns, and areas that need support. From there, I design a training plan tailored to your goals, your body, and your unique needs—so you can progress safely, confidently, and effectively.

Smiling woman in black zip-up jacket with braided hair.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from San Francisco State University and am a certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). My background blends formal education with hands‑on experience, and I bring that same passion for movement into my own training routine—I genuinely enjoy working out and staying active.

I also come from a golf background, which gives me a strong understanding of rotational power, mobility, and the specific strength demands of the sport. Whether someone is looking to improve their athletic performance or build a stronger foundation overall, I use that lens to help clients move better and feel better.
